How does the 20% annual discount work?: Choose annual billing on Pro or Scale and you'll pay the discounted monthly rate ($39 on Pro, $159 on Scale) up front for 12 months. Switch back to monthly anytime at renewal.
What happens when I exceed my plan's events?: Your experiments keep running. On Pro and Scale, additional events are billed at the overage rate ($0.10/1K and $0.06/1K). On Starter, traffic above 10K events is paused until next month or upgrade.
How do AI generations get billed?: Pro's $29/mo AI add-on includes 25 manual generations. Scale includes 25/mo at no extra cost. Anything beyond that — and every Autopilot generation — uses your plan's per-generation rate ($2 on Pro, $1.50 on Scale, $1 on Enterprise). A monthly spending cap prevents surprises.
Can I switch plans?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Charges prorate to the day, and your event quota resets immediately on upgrade.
